What are your hours / days of operation?

When is the best time to shop?
We maintain a large inventory year round so we can fully outfit you at any time! If you are looking for something specific please contact us and we can check our inventory for you.
Do you take credit/debit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and Baltimore Ski Warehouse Gift Certificates. We do not accept checks.
Do you rent equipment?
No, we do not rent any equipment. However, our basic packages are very affordable and can pay for themselves with just a few trips to the mountain!
Do you take trade-ins?
Yes, for store credit. We can accept skis, ski boots, snowboards, and snowboard boots. Items must be saleable and should be clean, serviceable, and not more then 8 years old. We do not accept poles, clothes, bags, helmets, goggles, bindings or other accessories. Come any time for a quote and receive credit towards your purchase or a gift certificate towards a future purchase.
Do you offer wax & sharpening?
Yes, we offer wax & sharpening of skis and snowboards as well as other ski and snowboard service. Check our our service page for more details on what we offer.
Do you install snowboard bindings?
Yes, any snowboard boot or binding purchased from us comes with Free “while-you-wait” installation (in-season only). If you already have a board or boots, be sure to bring them with you. If the boot or binding was not purchased from us, there is an installation fee.
What sizes of ski or snowboard boots do you carry?
We have a good selection of almost every size that is available. For ski boots that goes from Toddler sizes to Men’s 16. For snowboard boots that goes from Children’s 11 to Men’s 15. Feel free and contact us to confirm available sizing.
Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, this is our specialty. Our staff can help find the best options for you at any budget.
Can you help with equipment I bought from you?
Of course! Just give us a call or come in any time and we would be happy to help! Many times a quick adjustment or fitting can resolve problems you encounter once you get out to the slopes.
Do you only carry ‘Used’ equipment?
No, we have a full line of ski and snowboard products in both New and Used including skis, ski boots, snowboards, and snowboard boots. We have equipment available for all ability levels. We carry brand new clothing and accessories including a large selection of pants, hats, gloves, goggles, and much more! We only have a very limited selection of jackets.
Can you help me get fitted for equipment?
Yes! We have friendly professional staff who can help you from start to finish getting outfitted for the season and answer any questions you have along the way.
Are you hiring?
We are always looking for great additions to our team, especially August – October as we prepare for our busy winter season. If you are interested in joining our team send us an email and tell us why you would like to work for us, your area of interest (backshop/sales/admin), and attach a PDF copy of your resume. We will review all submissions and reach out directly to schedule an interview if we think you would be a great fit with our team.
Do you offer Racing Equipment?
No, we do not carry ski or snowboard racing equipment. However, depending on the type of racing you are doing, the recreational gear that we carry may be suitable. We recommend asking your coach or league coordinator for details on what is required and then giving us a call or email to see if we have something that might work out for you.
Do you offer Cross Country Equipment?
No, we do not carry any cross country equipment or snowshoes.
